I over paid, I was not receiving bills but I continued to pay my monthly service payment, since I never go over my minutes, I then received a letter from a Richard Chandler from Nederland, Tx stated that a new billing system was going to be in place, that is why we had not received any bills for the past few months, but as I mentioned I continued to pay.

I sent copies of my cancelled checks and bills and asked them to credit me instead they sent me a bill in the amount of $122.00, and they were sending me to collections I called and sent them $79.00 just so I could stall them so it wouldn't appear on my credit report, and they then disconnected me. I have no service, and I over paid them.
