This women should not be rewarded with any new clients, this women was so rude to my parents (the sellers) that the new owners (buyers) had to apologize for her behaivor.

My parent's lost everything in the short sale of their home. It took working 16 hour days for weeks to meet the buyer's requested move-in date. TOriginally they asked to push back the closing date since my mother's husband works out of town and the move and the deadline were extremely challenging. They were told NO.

The new owners were to take possession at 5pm on October 3rd. At 4:50 Kristie Lund came to the house and threatened to call the sheriff and kick my parents off the property. My mother said they were almost out but Kristie was inflexible. She caused such a seen that neighbors who did not know my parents were helping to remove the items that remained in the garage. They had to leave a number of items in the neighbors drive overnight because they were so frazzled by Kristie's rudeness particularly since my mother is one of the most gentle and self person I have ever known.
