Was looking for a quick printing solution for a client. I ordered online using Juke Box Print Shop and I actually phoned a "human" being to verify delivery date. A week later I find out the job that I had approved (after speaking with reps, pre-press designers) was not even started yet. They are quick to blame anyone but themselves and use their "automated system" scape goat to cover up their mistakes. Don't use them.
