Promised refund, promise broken, does not respond to over 40 emails, horrible company

I purchased a dress from this website and received the completely wrong size. They obviously sent me the wrong dress because I put my measurments in and it was way to short and wide. I wrote the company to ask for a refund in which they first asked me to take pictures of it on me and send it in??!! They told me that if I was completely unsatisfied with the dress, they would refund my money. I wrote them back asking where to send it back and when I would receive my refund and I never got a reply. I have since written over 40 emails to them asking for my money back and not a single email was replied to. This company is horrible! Stay away!!
