This company quoted me $156 credit for y old CDs and video games. Upon receiving them they sent me $61. I have been calling weekly, leaving voicemails, sending emails - heck even contacting them via Facebook. NEVER did they return one communication. Finally opened a case with the BBB and they actually claimed they emailed me and they never heard back from me they discarded my stuff! Really? Discarded or kept to resell??? At this point I want either my stuff or money back. It's a matter of principle and I will use every single avenue I can to let people know about this shady outfit! Try calling them...
