Barry Gregory refuses to take responsibility for his companys incompentence and refund my money

I paid for 10 poster prints, I put the order on hold to update the image, they printed the wrong file and continued to blame me for the mistake. So I uploaded a new file and they printed the same wrong file as before and said they printed it twice so I'm out of luck.
