Uncorked Deals Wine Chateau & Uncorked Deals are a Ripoff

Wine Chateau markets wine through various websites including one called "Uncorked Deals." Uncorked Deals sells with a prominently featured Money Back Guarantee. I ordered wine from them multiple times withour problem. Then I got a case of wine that was very clearly back - oxidized, discolored and completely undrinkable. They processed the return, issuing a UPS pickup slip. I returned the wine, and Uncorked acknowledged same. However, they never issued my refund. I called multiple times and was always given the runaround. Ultimately, it became apparent that they had no intention of issuing the refund.
