Insurance claim refused on computer packed by store owner

I shipped a $1000 computer using UPS. I did not pack the computer. I did bring it in a box to ship it in, however the store owner packed the box. Of course the computer was destroyed. UPS has refused to honor the insurance contract they sold me. I am in the process of turning the company in the Florida insurance commissioner's office for insurance fraud. Basically they hung it the on the shipper that also says he's not going to pay. I'm suing him. If you buy insurance from UPS, they will not pay. I will never ship with UPS again.
