Pop N Go
Misled by Company and Lost my Investment

I invested in several of Pop N Go's vending machines in October after being convinced over the phone what a great investment it would be (ie., providing a healthy snack alternative for kids, etc.). I was told the machines would be installed within 6 months and that has never happened. Furthermore, I was supposed to receive monthly interest checks. I received a few checks in 2010 and then they completely stopped. There has been very poor communication by Pop N Go. When I call, Priscilla takes a message for Mel Wyman and he doesn't respond. Ever. I have also sent emails which have gone unanswered. I recently discovered through an internet search that the CA Department of Corporations filed a Desist and Refrain Order against Pop N Go, Inc. And Melvin J. Wyman, its owner for selling unregistered securities, making untrue statements of material fact, and omitting material information from investors. This is very discouraging. Furthermore, Pop N Go has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Let's not let this company get away with this behavior! I filed a complaint with a nonprofit fraud prevention organization called National Telemarketing Victim Call Center (888) 990-1988 and they have received several complaints already. Www.ntvcc.org. Please either call them or file a formal complaint with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office or CA Attorney General's Office.
