Jewelry By Novel is a Terrible Company! Beware. Do not buy from them. There are thousands of other reputable companies you can work with.
I bought diamonds stud earrings and that were supposed to be of good qulaity but were actually worth less than half as much as I paid. I took them to a few jewelers and they all said i got screwed big time. The earrings were very dark with a lot of imperfection, when JewelryByNovel.com's rep told me they were of G color, SI clairyt and very very clean and bright diamonds.
This company is a scam and the employees are all liers. They will steal your money. Do not buy from them! I have reported them to the BBB.
