I paid them $99 and received nothing but loan applications from scammers.

Their website claims they'll help you find Investors and Angel Funding, not fill out $50,000 loans at 20% interest and requiring a 800 credit score and $100k/yr job. If I had those things I wouldn't need your website, I could do the funding myself.
