Rip-off! Another Columbia Hoax!

Another hoax story from Columbia regarding walkie talkies that I bought in July '03. Finally received correspondence from them in December stating that I did not include my origianly UPC symbol (I surely did) and they asked me to resend it. I could only send them a copy of it as I originally sent the original.

Have not heard anything since, and when I call Frys a representative told me that Columbia is out of business but still gave me a # to call. Turns out to be the wrong Columbia in Florida.

My $25 is lost and probably everyone else's. I have participated in many rebate offers in the past and have only had problems through Fry's. I would love to arrange a protest in San Diego, and maybe even nationwide. Let's stand up for ourselves people and not take this corporate F.U. This is not about the money anymore, but the principle. Let's call Turko or any other consumer advocate.
