Denny McLain Dishonest - Criminals

Denny McLain & American KIE are dishonest criminals. They stole approximatley $75,000 worth of scrap steel and recyclable material from my property (Schriever La).including cars and numerous tools. McLain claims his company was hired by a Mike Sheppard to remove everything from the property, He also paid Sheppard $5000.00 and a Gerard Dolin $7,500.00 for my property that he obtained illegally. I contacted McLain and had his employees removed from the premises.

After a lot of damage has been done and some email / phone communication with McLain, McLain agreed that his company would go ahead and remove the remaining scrap and clear the land of all of the trash. I even siged a contact with McLain. Well a year later we have not gotten anywhere McLain talks the big game but never steps up to the plate. He stated in phone calls to me that if Iwould obtain quotes from companies that would clean the mess his people left behind that he would pay for it.
