Garry Smith, operator of Downtown Dwelling, abruptly shut his shop in the Biltmore Fashion Square. It was unfamiliar to myself and Westcot home administration in the Biltmore. Mr. Smith has disppeared with my art and due me $2200.00. Further analysis suggests that Garry Smith has fooled and scammed a number of other people aswell.
