Cricket prepay Cell Phone Falsely offered Life line in Kentucky making total payment $27.00 pre month was getting for my 70 yr old mother. I am in Mauckport, In Cricket has no service here ask them to put in my name and auto

Was told they had life line there and would give me a savings from $42.85 to 27. I had to drive over 50 miles to the corperate store to activate life line. On 7-04 I placed the order and next day recieved the phone as soon as I activated it they too $74.54. Next month was charged $27. Believinf i had life line for my mother. On (-02 cricket with drew 42.45. I called and ask why they advised I was not signed up for Life line and i could go back to any 4 Stores on Dixie Hwy in Louisville, Ky and activate it.

This is over 50 miles away and i suffer from a broken hip not yet healed and am due for back surgery. First cricket store I went to said the could not do it. This store was close to Valletstation, Ky on Dixie Hwy. I got in the car and called crickey on my different cell phone. The kepy telling me I would have to go to the corperate office around the outter Loop. This is about anouther 40 miles.instead I went to the forst Cricket when I got the phone. I was on the phone with a manager telling me that the Shivley office was not a corperate office. After all of this I was advused that Kentucky does not have life line. I did not even know what was Life line but by telling me this I bought their survice and phone. I advised they fausly sold me the wevice and I wanted my first money back and my $42.45 They had lied and I want it put back in My account. They had me talk to a total of 11 people and some I have on tape talking to me and said they would do an investication that was (-05-11 I have yet to here or receive any money back. They had no problem getting their money from me. Because of auto pay. Now my mother has no cell phone. That was her security. I am on disability and they took advantage of me.
