On 2/23/04 residential voicemail set up fee appeared on my phone bill, did not authorized this. Called company told me the email address that supposely ordered this, found out they did not order such service. You see unregualted charges only have to meet 2 things live in household and be over 18. Guess what the person does not meet either one. So there cross refrence they did on his address did not work the address they had was a PO Box how can someone live at a POST OFFICE. They told me to write their accounting dept for a refund, we will see what happens. Will be writing the FTC as well.
