Sold me the wrong dog, wrong age, no paperwork, couldn't have puppies, had to put to sleep because birth canal was too small. Puppies dies inside. I spent $1340.53 ripoff

Bam and Cecelia Wade sold me a dog for $800.00.in all I spent $1340.53. The dog was suppose to be 2yrs. Old but the health certificate from California stated the dog was 3 months, then changed it to 3yrs. My vet in Memphis said the dog was 5 yrs old. He sent me the wrong dog and he didn't send me the regitration certificate with the dog. He claim that I couldn't receive the paperwork until I bred back to him and that wasn't the agreement. I still didn't receive the paperwork. Had to put the dog to sleep because her birth canal was too small to have the puppies and the vet tried to get them out but he couldn't. I have the statements from the Veternarian. Plus Bam said she had puppies before with him but my vet she had never had puppies before.

So I call Bam and told him what the Vet said, and he talked crazy, stating I must have did something wrong. I've been breeding dogs for 26yrs. He's selling garbage and I advise to the public not to by a dog from from Bam and Cecelia wade in Sacramento, California
