Poor customer service

Their response to anything was, “Someone will-call you tomorrow.” They explained this about 9 occasions with no one actually named me till I required to talk t/a boss, by which she never delivered my phone both.

It will have just obtained 2-3 times to get return brands. It took approximately. 14 days. I'd large containers in my own living room throughout the breaks.

I required return brands the final week in November 09, used to donot obtain a credit to my bill until Feb. 18.

The things delivered were a hearth. The items were distorted which triggered spaces, items were damaged plus some had no pre-drilled holes.

I'll never purchase from Piles and Piles again.
