Failure to perform contractual obligation

In February I caught with Vacation Move Providers to move possession of the timeshare I offered to Structure Hotels in Mexico. Around this day I'm still getting maintenance cost expenses. I've approached Vacation Move on numerous occasions and also have been informed (1) the expenses could be looked after, (2) the move could be completed or (3) somebody might "return to me". None of the reactions has happened. I'm sending these details towards the National Resort Developers Association (ARDA), the Greater Business Office, and Structure Hotels.
