Dishonest

On 7/22 We noticed a charge on our credit card and since we were out of state we contacted the company with the phone number that was listed under the charge. We were told that a order was made using our card number and name and address. My husband and myself had confirmed that we both had not odered anything from this company. The person named Michael said that he had a delivery confirmation, I then told him that that was impossible because we were out of state and never recieved anything from their company. The operater Michael stated that we can check at our local post office and gave me a delivery number. I went to our Post office to find out about this and was told that our regular mailman was in the hospital and they had several intermittant postal carriers that had been delivering our mail so it was hard to say if it had been misdelivered or not. THen I contacted the company again and told them what was stated to me from the Postmaster, they told me they could send another replacement item to us but they would not refund our account. We told them that we never ordered or wanted anything from the company, but they told us no matter what they would not credit our account. I don't know what to do because they put another charge on our credit card. So now I have two charches in the amount of 42.98 and 29.99 for something we never ordered or received.
