I have had a 10 yr battle with DES in Arizona. 10 years ago my ex got a support order issued on his unemployement for about 150 a month. Of course he didn't pay that and in 2005 I contacted DES to assist. At that time I realized he was now making more then $20 an hr and decided to modify the case. They lost my mod 3 times. On the fourth mod, the case worker (not vivian suangya) said "don't give up please fill it out I will get it enforced) She did. She got me set up with Minnesota (as my ex was living there) and i had a phone court appearance. I was granted in 2008 support in the amount of 175.00 a week. However, he of course did'nt pay that either and the arrears were, as of two days ago, 10,600 dollars.

Yesterday I looked at my case online and they wiped out his arrears and went back to his original court order back in 2001 of 130 a month and he is debt free. All because they said Minnesota has no jurisdiction for this case even though Arizona is the one that set it all up with Minn. When i went to the DES to talk about it they have nothing in my file but that one order and no other paperwork in 10 yrs. Some lazy DES worker never filed anything. As I began to get upset as she told me I am screwed she glares at my son and I ask her not to look at him that way. Vivian then says "ill look at your son anytime I want to" Now when did this becoming a pissing contest Vivian? At that point i had to leave or Vivian would have not been happy had I proceeded with what i wanted to do.

On my way out I turned around and said "you're the entire reason my case is trashed" my son turned around and saw her laughing at me. Vivian Suangya, shame on you. How dare you completely for years destroy my case and when i call you on it you get defensive and want a street brawl. Not that I couldn't take you, but where is the professionalism? I should have known by the fear in the nice new lady that was helping me for an hour because she said and i quote "vivian doesnt want to talk to you" that you were an ass. I wouldn't leave so you had to Vivian did you. Well guess what Viv dear, I am working with the Attorney Generals office now.
