Rude Corporate Visits and Billing Errors at Store 240

This Aaron's is #240. The setup of the store is great, but the management has to be corrected. When the store is making its requirements, there is no problem. When there is a problem, someone comes from the corporate office with no idea of what is going on with the customers and their accounts. The threats, rudeness, and many other statements are uncalled for.

By the time this corporate company man leaves, customers' accounts are totally different from the original contract. It takes weeks to pick up an item, and then they charge for their errors. They sell you something and do not tell the truth about its lease history. When this store does get a good manager, they pressure him or her so much that they leave. At that point problems come in waves because now you get a new manager.

The Aaron's corporation has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB for unanswered complaints. Do not expect any changes, for Aaron's is the leader in the rent-to-own business. You do not get to be the leader without doing the wrongs Aaron's does. The owner of this company started off dealing in folding chairs. Mr. Laudermilk needs to get those chairs back, sit his employees in them, and hold school.
