Ray torres claims to be a roofer home repair guy that works with his son or sons, he is a spanish guy about 5/10 180 lbs. He did my roof got paid and ran, my roof leeks more now then it did before. He lied about his references and about his address, a tenent said he used her bathroom and stole money from her table top... She is a 78 yrs old women. What i have found out about him is that he is A drug dealer and works on roofs for a cover up, he has been in jail for the golden row drug bust yrs ago & has a bad back ground. I have found that he knows nothing about roofs nor anything about house repair but only how to deal cocain, many people are trying to find this guy to re-coop there money as i am. I am told he uses cocain him self so look out for a nut job, Call me for a reference on this guy - i will tell you all about him, call # 5 restaurant in binghamton ny im the owner, OR better yet tell him you know me & you are calling me... He will run!
