Chameleon Condo, Has not sent my harness after 4 weeks

I was looking online for a cool harness for my pitbull. I foud the site through google, it was the only site that offered good looking harnesses. Well i placed the order right away on August 5. It is August 29 and i still havent received anything. The website claims that the orders get delivered at most 2 weeks. If anyone may help me out with this. Ive been arriving home from work expecting a package and it is never there.
