Did not make me or my dog happy! I ordered a harness then had to return it after I used it once because the fastener was defective. They refused to exchange it or send me a new one

Happy Dog Place online website www.happydogplace.com did not make me or my dog happy! I ordered a harness that I used one time on my dog - ONE TIME! The fastener was defective and kept opening. I returned the harness at my expense and asked to replace it, but, Happy Dog Place refused. They told me that the harness was not defective and that my dog chewed on it! My dog's teeth are so weak that she can hardly eat baby food. Not only that, but I would never be so deceitful. Anyway, after corresponding with HDP several times, they told me that I could PURCHASE A NEW HARNESS... And they would not charge me S&H of $2.50!! Can you believe it? So, I lost my $ and I am left with a useless harness, which by the way, they did agree to send the defective harness back to me! What am I supposed to do with that?
Please, beware of this website and I would suggest that you find another website to purchase anything for your pet. Better yet, I should have just gone to Petco or Petsmart because they have really good harnesses (they cost a little more, but it is worth the extra few dollars instead of ending up like I did - no refund... No harness!) These stores never refuse a return for any reason. They are the best. Unfortunately because I thought I was saving a few dollars, I chose the worst online store that is avaialble, and now I have to spend more $ to buy another harness. Believe me, this time I will go to the store to purchase it. May cost a little more, but at least I can return it... With no questions asked... If it is necessary.
