False Propaganda

I purchased a wine chiller from Home of Fraser that came today, to provide to my spouse next Wednesday like a personal gift. Two truly terrible things occurred: 1) the doorway arrived damaged 2) their site mentioned the color is stainless, and that I got a dark one. They declined in the future gather them back and provide me a brand new one. They'd cost 100 lbs for this. They would like to deliver an engineer to repair it (as though colors might be set). Today my spouse will look for a damaged personal gift, because the manufacture wont are available in period. Concerning the color, they keep stating the producer just makes dark units today. Therefore we're experiencing a much more severe issue below: false propaganda. All of the images within the site website are stainless steel, also it claims COLOR: Stainless. So that they imagine to become promoting something which doens't actually exist anymore. I'll consider appropriate action against them, since I actually donot wish to maintain this device, plus they are providing me no choice. I've all of the images and printing displays in the site. I inquired when they might provide me a brand new one, not damaged: might have a week, that will be much more strange given that they have following day shipping within their site for brand new acquisitions of the product.
