Lied about charges, and fees

We are a business in ontario, we have been ripped off royally by Securus Canada, the rep told us they were the most honest ethical company, and that they were the best. The sales agent seemed reasonable the rates were great, so we went for it. We got our bills, and we were being charged way more than what we were paying before. We tried to complain and no one would answer the phone, we were told their was 24/ customer service, wrong, we have since tried to cancel, and they keep taking money out of our account, we are now going to the courts, people ike this should be put out of business right away. Stay away, they are rip offs, fraud, and stay away!!!
