My ex used this company to de-fraud the court system. They provided an AT HOME (non court admissible) DNA testing kit to him. He submitted samples of what was supposed to be Me, my daughter, and himself claiming he is the father of my baby. I was never swabbed. I was notified that this guy was determined as the biological father of my daughter through the courts, i objected and said i was never swabbed by this company. This conpany also provided him with a so called chain of custody report (box is check NON COURT ADMISSIBLE) He provided them with photos of myself, the child and him and the company used them as evidence supporting the DNA testiing results. Now, the photos are of US, but taken by his family when the baby was born. There is a POSSIBILITY he is the childs father, but the truth is uncertain as there are other potential fathers. The court accepted his fraudulent test. The company represented by a Tamara C wrote a letter with the results declaring under penalty of perjury that these results were TRUE! How can they be true if I WAS NOT SWABBED? We dont know who was swabbed (it could be ANYBODY) thats why they are NON COURT ADMISSIBLE tests not backed by any accrediation! The signatues on all the "forms" that weere supposedly mine, are definitely NOT. The signatures of the company representative who claims to have taken the swabs, do not match up! I dont know how much they were paid by my ex to pretty much steal my child, but im really fed up with it!
