Laurie Underwood Doesn't Refund In A Timely Fashion & Sells unfinished clothing!

I recently purchased a dress from WandaGrace.com. Weeks after I placed my order, I received a dress that was poorly made. The seams of the dress were not done and the stitching was exposed. I then returned the dress, only to wait WEEKS for a refund, and no replies to emails. I still have yet to receive a refund.
