These crooks claim to be wealthy real estate developers. Maybe they were at some point in time, but now all they want to do is rip you off. They will take your hard work and concept and steal it from you. These people should be avoided at all costs. They are located in Dallas, Texas. They ruin the notion that you can do business on a handshake in Texas. I have reported them to the authorities.
