To Lynda an Kevin Hassfurther on Whitmore Street, Dallas Texas. And Debbie Leonard of Infinety Realestate are all a bunch of crooks,

If you ever have the opportunity to lease from these three individuals above dont. These guys are the best in what they do, ripoff renters. They would get you to contract with them and not pay their bill.

They wouldnt tell you that they also owned the home, but also owned the realestate property being leased. They are conartist and crooks. I was contracted by Kevin Hassfurther to remodel the floors, paint the walls, and redo the interior trim around the home. After the work was completed and finish, he decided not to pay. Not only did he not pay but he decided to evict me from the home I did the renovations and was leasing at the time. He won a decesion in with the jp court and decided to go thru the eviction process.

This guy is something else be aware. Kevin screws around on his wife Lynda a homemaker who looks like she is about 9o years old, and has a horrible tan.

And Debbie Leonard, she's a real winner, she is was the realtor we had to deal with, she is just totally clueless and over weight. Lay off the donuts Debbie.

To sum it off, when Kevin went thru his writ, he decided to steal our washer an dryer, He decided that not only was he going to put a seven an nine year old to the streets, and was smiling putting toys, dolls, kids clothes, and Ashley clothes to the streets. Kevin is a real peach, he used his boys to help him move our things out of the home.

Just a FYI, do not deal with these people they are crooks and not worthy to rent from.
