The lawyer is useless

The one lawyer there with this practice is so inconsistent and moody that she can not keep a paralegal so you are goin to get inconsistent information. One minute she is interrogating her clients and the next she is interrogating the school system. To make a long story short she is suppose to be a special education lawyer and all the does is use the 10,000 you pay her for consultations, phone calls and typing letters to the school. My daughter her signatures that were reproduced by someone else, non-compliance with her IEP and she basically did nothing. Ethically I don't see how she can live with her self not making a difference with a child's education. So go to another lawyer... And when I did meet up for mediation. She did not show. Embarrassing!
