The Original On Hold Company is a rip off! This company was hired to make a custom recording for my customers to listen to while on hold. A deposit of half down was given and the 2nd half was to be paid upon completion of recording. I was dealing with Steven Daly at the time. I never received the completed recording. What I did receive was another call from Steven Daly about 6 months later when he attempted to sell me the same thing. I explained to him that I never received the completed recordings and he promised to look into it. I never heard back from him and he never returned my calls. I never received a refund of my deposit or the recordings, as promised. It is my opinion that this company is a rip off!!!
