Fraudulent, refused to send promised product, contacted them 3 times since April, shipment was promised but never received, now unable to contact anyone at the company ripoff

I agree with everything written by William from Mesquite, Texas. I ordered from Pro Seal on April 10. They told me it would take 6 weeks to receive the product. After it did not arrive, I called. They expressed surprise, and promised to mail it again, which would take 6 weeks. I did not receive it and have tried to call numerous time since, with no luck.

When you try the 800-716-8667 number, it puts you on hold, then disconnects. Their original number 800-716-9658 just has a recording. I have had no luck on their website.

I have not received the product or my money back to date, 5 months later.

Do not do business with these people. From my experience, it is a fraudulent company.
