Requested 15-day Free Trial Offer item, Essential RezV, from Web on April 23, for $5.95 USD Shipping & Handling. Item not obtained until June 9. Meanwhile, charge card billed $5.95 USD May 23, subsequently billed total quantity of $79.95 $5.95 USD for item on May 9.

Organization sent me stating used to donot inform them within Test Interval period of 15 times, therefore costs remain. Item nevertheless not obtained at this period and so I sent them outlining this. No response and fresh costs of $79.95 $5.95 USD on charge card May-23, and again on May 24, for $79.95 $5.95 USD.

Numerous telephone calls, communications left, e-mails delivered, all to no avail. Lastly requested for Returned Merchandise Quantity (as previously mentioned ESSENTIAL within their Terms & Problems) and obtained mail informing me tackle to come back merchandise to China by having an alternate saying I will maintain product for discount cost of $39.95 USD to prevent the trouble of returning the merchandise!
