Faulty Product not replaced

I bought some 4 tubes for my hp laserjet cm 1017 mfp, the price of that was £130. They certainly were bought as extras but are now actually being used. Two from the four cartidges are defective and also have released printer within the within my printer. Because the purchase day was more than 12 weeks before, consumer sevices WOn't substitute them despite the fact that there's a clear problem within the item.

DoN't purchase out of this organization, it'll not actually conserve money whilst the item doesn't function and also the customer support is ineffective.
