Paid for goods never delivered

I requested a Kyocera TK-410 Toner online, delivered a check for cost and was educated the products could be sent when check have been removed. Check was counted and removed but no products were shipped.

Have called many times occasionally adopts answerphone, occasionally responded and informed they'll get anyone to band me back but never do. Delivered a notice seeking a complete reimbursement on 20th September givving them seven days to stay, however no reaction. Today likely to the little states judge and certainly will declare for costs incurred in recovering the initial amount paid. Won't ever make use of this organization again and thus happy I didnt provide them with a charge card/credit card details.
