Paid for something I never got

I delivered Electronic Water a look for an AVG plan down-load these were to obtain me a lis. # back again to me in 10 times by E-MailI delivered the check up on 10-21 they cashed my check up on 10-26 by today I still not have seen from their website. I did so can get on the AVG website and purchased the down-load and got immediately. I'm requesting a reimbursement for that $54.99 check I delivered to the Electronic RiverGmbH organization, they have previously banked. CAN YOU HELP ME?
