Unprofessional, Lack of knowledge, Awful all around service... We all know the state of the economy, This company will take advantage of anyone for a buck. They charged me for something that was absolutely free. They never follow up after leaving several messages; you can always be certain to hear EXCUSES whenever she has something due or no return phone call at all! I will never do business with this company aka LADY (who pretends to be a company) again!
