Magazine ordered 5/17th but never arrived. Spoke to Ms. Katz and she continues to say she will check on order but no info as of 8/17 after numerous calls

Numerous follow up phone calls made (thru Aug. 17th), providing order # and date order placed.
Ms. Katz, in customer service, was spoken to many times but continues to tell me she is checking on this.

Still no magazine and no concrete info provided.
