I worked as a freight broker agent for him for about 3 months. He paid me a 125 here 80 there etc when I had had enough and demanded the money he owed me he said he did not need my services anymore

I contracted as a broker agent for Haaner Inc and after 3 months of partial payments for loads I had acquired I demanded full payment, knowing that he had been paid by clients, some of these clients told me they had already paid others sent proof of cancelled checks. He claimed he could not pay me until he was paid and no longer needed my services. I have still not been paid and the carriers I contacted also have not been paid for their services. He will not return my calls nor answer any emails. I have invoiced him several times to no avail. Beware of Haanner Inc., even though he is receiving payments you might not, he will also try to use the customer base you built up for your contract business. Also he will try to get you kicked off all your load boards you have purchased accounts with.
