Excessive International Handling Fees Internet

As a frequent Australian online shopper, who buys from the states I have never had any problems until I brought from Spanx. My order was for 2 pieces of under garment, total price of $172.00 $25.40 for shipping and Handling then on top of it a wopping $75.85 for International Handling Fee! Ok so I am thinking they are going to send it by fed ex or DHL, hence the outragerous IHF but no they sent the goods by regular mail, taking a total of 17 days. On enquiries to Spanx they said it was due to freight and handling of the goods and taxes, yet on the invoice that comes with the goods there is no mention of this fee, or a break down of the taxes etc. So there is nothing to show where these cost are going! Well it is not going into the mailing, as it was sent by the slowest mail possible. I find this to be Highway Robbery! Never in my history of buying goods online from the States have I incurred such high fees. Will never buy a spanx product again.
