Pure Clean B Retailer takes orders, does not fill them, refuses to respond to emails

I placed an order on March 23 and have still not received my product. I have emailed the owner and her assistant over 20 times and have never gotten a response. I have even posted on her face book page only to get my posts deleted. She has stated that anyone that she deems is being mean will be banned and have posts deleted. Asking where my product is, is apparently a hateful and mean question to her.
I am not alone in my lack of product, I have talked to many people that are missing their product. She takes the time to delete posts and post sob stories about her life, but won't take the time to answer emails.

you'd empty a river, before even one person utters kind words to you..." These are the kind of posts she puts up, but doesn't mail any product
