Well if you really want to what kind of cell carrier sprint is let me just tell you i started my service with them in jan me and my wife both got the evo shifts 4g wooo hooo 4g dont even work were we live and hardley to the places that we travel in about march i belive my evo started freezing up and the slides kept falling down after i would push it up to text so they swaped it out. Now 5 months later me and my wife are having problems with both the phones and i have been trying to get this resolved i have been to the nearest repair center which is 35 miles from my house and i have been their 4 times lets see that 70 miles round trip and all the can say is we need to direct u to the neraest service center and everytime i have been their they havent done s# for me but say it a software issue and that i will have to deal with the problems tell the manufacture comes out with and update to fix the problem but they still want me to pay my bill of course which i will not pay it till the correct the problem with my decives.

I have asked them for their corprate number which they conviently dont have one to give anyone cuz of course the corporate office doesn't want to hear the customer complaints which i have read on usacomplaints.com and it is very true u ask someone a question over the phone like leslie in tech support tonight he wuz a supervisor and all he could say is i cant answer that question over and over again then this prick of a supervisor i talked to last monday named steve ripley "f#K#g prick jack a* himself puts a note on my account to direct me to him do not swap out his phones for him evryone i have talked to in the last three days have told me that he has put this note on my account so all they do is give me the run around but thank fully i have a good lawyer in the family which just so happends to be my father so they can fix the problem or let me out of my contract at no early termantion fee or i will just fight them in court it wont be no money out of my pocket this company it the worst one no wonder they r number three and i will see to this company loses customer every way i can fb, blogs, and word of mouth the best form of adertisement so sprint its been a month fix it or f#k it i would not recommend anyone use sprint is the best they are high but way better than sprint...

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
