They were hostile, ignored calls. Charged twice as much as estimated and took $97 out of credit card without authorization

Eco vanlines quoted me $970 to move. I insisted it be by weight as opposed to inventory. Recorded conversation july 10 confirming this.

They required 10% down. @ $97.. Which with no authorization took out of credit card. With little notice they arrived to move my items. And refused to weigh anything! Plus were hostile and impolite. And refused to call office to straighten things out.

They gave me an estimate of $1900... I did not use them. But am out $ 97 and no cooperation from company
