A lady named brittney that claimed to be a supervisor at the kohls store located in lincoln nebraska on 27th and yankee hill drive gave me the worst service I have ever had at kohls. I have been a loyal customer for years but am considering shopping else where because of this lady. She seemed annoyed with assisting me and did not help me at all. At the end of this bad experience she stated she was supervisor of the fitting rooms and didn't know about the product I was searching for and sent me away. If kohls hires people like her then they need to reevaluate their hiring process. She had a horrible attitude and in my opinion should not be working in customer service.
