False advertising—non-existant location!

I would like to point out that this company represents my sign
as their installed product since they have a photo of my sign on their
website. Since it would seem that if this company did sell and install our
sign, you would think they would have a sense of urgency to repair that sign.

When we had trouble with our sign, I pulled up their website, got
their address, and visited their location only to find that it was an answering
service with virtual office suites. I quickly discovered that this was simply a
sales organization, selling who knows what product.

There was obviously no infrastructure such as tech support or
manufacturing and assembly. This is very troubling since their website leads
you to the conclusion that they do everything.

I am writing this because my search for finding someone to properly
repair my sign led me to google LED sign and their name popped up right at the
top. I was left to wonder how many people come to their website and actually
buy, all the while thinking that this was an all inclusive company. I thought
it my responsibility to make as many buyers as I could aware of these facts.

As for my sign that needed repair, fortunately, I found a reputable
company that got my sign up and running properly in very short order.

On a side note, I started checking around the other signs that they
professed to have installed, only to find that I could not find one consumer
who had purchased their sign from these guys. As a matter of fact, the pictures
represent many different LED manufacturers. It would seem someone simply drove
around and took a lot of pictures of signs to build a sham website.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS!!! The wrong decision could cost you
thousands!!!
