Worst customer service you could ask for. Would not use them for anything, I would rather get hit by a car than have to deal with their service

First of all, its bad enough that they make use create a username that ends with att.net. Then after you create it, they do not send you an email with a copy of it and your password, they simply just expect you to keep it in your head. They don't have an easy way to find out what the user name was that you created.in-fact its so impossible that when the installer came out to install my new system, since i moved, that he even could not figure it out, he said hey if you don't remember, we better just create a new one, so he made one up that i couldn't remember. SO i created a third one, I forgot because it had to be weird. Of course now I will have to create a fourth one.

Then we canceled our cable part of the package because offers live streaming videos and shows with no commercials for only 7.99 on unlimited devices. Wholly cow. Even works on my PS3. NICE

I said leave the internet on and cancel the cable. They canceled both. Then i had to wait thirty minutes on the phone before getting to a rep. Not to mention i had to enter all kinds of info online just to find a cancellation number just to have to enter all the options again on the phone. Waste of time.

I got disconnected and since they dont call you back i had to wait another thirty minutes for it to happen all over again. The third call took just as long on hold and had to go threw all the options each time. They told me that due to my credit, wich is 760 never late on anything, I could buy a new home right now but they say due to my credit they need my credit card number on file to reactivate the internet and they are forcing the tv back on me for some reason. Now my internet is half the speed it was before so i am going ot have to do all the prompts again just to wait half an hr to deal with an un educated person. If you can afford to go anywhere else. Do it. Dont get stuck hating life like me. I am switching to for internet, dont need phone since is only 49 a month for unlimited everything and tv is threw. SICK.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
