ACA they put in a air handler and never put the lines together for the condesination and the warter ruined my ceiling walls and floors

I have a warrwnty company that I use and they take care of all of the major appliances in my house So when my Air Handler wet down I called them they sent Appliance Comfort Air to my house to fix the problem and they determined that I needed a new Air Handler and ordered me one and when it came in it was installed on last tues. And between tues. And Fri I had called them back 4 times and they came out and could not fix it so that it would keep running, But after putting the air handler in on tues it ran fine on wed. But on thurs. My wife came home and there was water running out of the ceiling all down the walls and onto the hardwood floors. I went up in the attic and saw that the condesation lines had not even been conected and water was running out of them all over the attic so I took a picture of them and then helped my wife clean up as much water as we could get up. I called Purclean and they came out and put up fans to dry everything out. Now Appliance Comfort Air refuses to pay for the clean up and repair of the damages thier people caused. I have turned this over to my insurance to see what they could do.
