This is exactly what occurred to my buddy:

"1/8/10 they recognize my first-order, price $1300.87; sent the next week 1/15/10

3/3/10 call customer service to report problems, left message for "steve"; no response

6/18/10 in response to earlier request for service due to multiple failures received return authorization for 1st order from gainsaver; shipped to them 6/29

7/7/10 receive notice as follows: GainSaver Store Credit or Credit to Card Issued - CR-2070; invitation to reorder or request replacement in body of concept

7/7 - 7/9 there was some confusion apparent at gainsaver as to Whether they might substitute; I'd been informed no replacement on telephone, then replacement seemed in concept from gainsaver, then termination of alternative, then another replacement

7/15 minute/replacement order obtained; upon starting and switching on found display wouldn't illuminate

7/17 return authorization required; agreement received 7/19, delivered 7/20

7/28 gainsaver directs notice bill of delivered product, acknowledges receipt of request refund; directs notice following day: Dear Client, thanks for the request a refund. We're significantly more than pleased to issue a return. You need to get a reimbursement within 24 48hrs. Cheers for that Company, GainSaver

8/6 after many telephone demands deliver minute online request reimbursement, per directions of david; recognized and decided via digital reaction same-day

8/10 steve says delay until friday (8/13), i protest this went on too much time, request to consult with next level, to which he claims he's the following level; after I declare it seems as though he is reducing me loose, he claims he's and encourages me to "have your attorney assist me"

Think it or not this is actually the nutshell version. You will find additional workers concerned (I've titles), however it appears obvious the david harper is asking the pictures. I believe it obviously that I'm completely frustrated in my own transactions with gainsaver."

DoN't purchase out of this organization. Presently in procedure for suit.

Absolutely the worse buying experience ever! Pity the fool who does "business" with them. Ordered a 'refurb' received computer that you would be too embarassed to sell at a yard sale! No kidding! Long Beach
